Share your training ideas and handouts with your fellow newsroom
trainers in the USA and across the world by sending your material
to us.
- Please
obtain written permission from the original source when
submitting material other than your own.
- Send
the material to one of the persons listed on the right.
The simplest way would be to e-mail the material as a text
file. Those who would like to submit material as attachments
should note that we do not accept e-mail with .VBS, .EXE,
or .SHS attachments. Attachments in MS Word, Excel, HTML
and PDF format are allowed. Please ensure that all attachments
have been screened for viruses.

Roberts suggested the following outline for those who need to
structure their material. An outline for an exercise might be
as simple as:

Skill (learning objective)
- Materials/Preparation
- Instructions
- Application/Discussion.
